4C-Trading technically processes the CLIENT’s data only to provide the Service, to the exclusion of any other use, for the benefit of 4C-Trading or third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, personal data are stored and processed by 4C-Trading (and its subcontractor) on servers located exclusively secure and are not subject to any transfer.
4C-Trading undertakes to ensure the security and protection of the confidentiality of the CLIENT’s personal data in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties. 4C-Trading undertakes to ensure, and to ensure that any technical service provider responsible for the implementation of the Service, in particular the Platform acting as a subcontractor of 4C-Trading, complies with the strictest confidentiality and security in the process of processing, storing and safeguarding the CLIENT’s personal data, in accordance with good practice, in strict compliance with the GDPR and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
In accordance with art. 33.2 of EU Regulation 2016/679, 4c-Trading undertakes to inform the CLIENT without delay of any “violation” of personal data (unauthorized access, unauthorized copying, corruption of personal data files, etc.) of which he is aware, at the CLIENT’s expense to inform (i) the supervisory authority on which it depends, and (ii) when this violation “is likely to occur to create a high risk to rights and freedoms”, the persons concerned.

If the customer wishes to delete or ask his personal data from 4C trading, he can request it directly via contact@4c-trading.com. The Client’s personal data are kept for a period of 10 years after the end of his subscription or from the last contact with 4c trading if the client doesn’t subscribe.
